Personalization

Can I customize my order?

Yes! We offer personalization on most of our products. You can add names, dates, custom text, or modify colors. Just add your personalization details in the order notes or contact us before placing your order.

How do I request personalization?

Add your customization details in the order notes at checkout, or email us at hello@scribblesartco.com with your order number and personalization requests.

Is there an extra charge for personalization?

Basic text personalization is free! Complex custom designs may have additional fees - we'll let you know before processing your order.

Shipping & Processing

How long does processing take?

Standard orders: 1-3 business days
Personalized orders: 3-5 business days
Custom designs: 5-7 business days

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and expedited shipping (1-3 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the US only. International shipping coming soon!

How do I care for my apparel?

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not bleach
• Iron inside out on low heat

How do I care for mugs and drinkware?

• Hand wash recommended for longest life
• Dishwasher safe (top rack only)
• Microwave safe
• Avoid abrasive cleaners

How do I care for stickers and decals?

• Clean surface before applying
• Apply at room temperature
• Avoid extreme temperatures
• Hand wash items with stickers

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for changes or cancellations. Once production starts, we cannot make changes.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for non-personalized items in original condition. Personalized items are final sale unless there's a production error.
