Can I personalize my order?
Yes — and it's included. Every design comes with a Signature Tag Area (that tiny banner or corner box you see)That can be left just like it is, or you can change the professional POV, or life stage POV to match a vibe. You can also add the year that represents joining the corporate circus, started teaching, or otherwise became legally obligated to attend staff meetings.

How do I request changes?
Just type your details into the personalization box during check out. No need to be fancy — we speak fluent “can you just…?”

📦 Shipping & Processing

How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days (including processing and shipping).

• Standard: 1–3 business days

• Personalized: 3–5 business days

• Custom projects: 5–7 business days

Is shipping free?
Yes — within the U.S.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it’s on the whiteboard.

Where are your products made?
All items are printed in the U.S. by professional production partners. Each item is made-to-order — no dusty stock rooms or mystery bins.

What kind of shirts do you use?
We use high-quality, soft cotton tees and sweatshirts that fit like a favorite from day one. Most are unisex and true to size — sizing charts are on every listing.

Will it shrink or fade?
Nope. But to keep it looking sharp:

• Wash cold with like colors

• Tumble dry low or hang dry

• Do not bleach

• Iron inside out if needed

How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes or like a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Email us — we’re happy to help.

🎁 Gifting

Can I send this as a gift?
Definitely. These make great gifts for coworkers, teachers, burnout survivors, and that one friend who’s “not technically fired but definitely on thin ice.” You can even ship it directly to them — just use their address at checkout.

🛒 Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because everything is printed to order (and production starts fast), we’re not able to make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your info at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No — all sales are final unless there’s a production issue. We don’t keep inventory, and each item is made just for you.

What if my order is wrong or damaged?
Email us at scribbles@scribblesartco.com with your order info and a few photos — we’ll make it right.
